"As we head into Summer, our Union continues to plan for the years ahead. At the last Executive Board meeting, delegates prioritized focusing on social justice, diversity, persistence, strength, unity and more connection among membership. Those goals will guide us as we move into the future and we encourage all members to get involved, come to events, join your bargaining team, and organize!"

– Julie Bracero Kelly, General Manager

Who We Are

The New York New Jersey Regional Joint Board represents over 7,000 workers in the retail, manufacturing, and garment industries as well as in distribution centers in New York and New Jersey. We come from every continent and speak many languages, but we are united in our struggle for justice in the workplace and in our communities.
